About Dr Karim
Dr Lubna Karim is a Consultant Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist. She was previously a Consultant in the NHS CAMHS service in Guildford and is now a Visiting CAMHS Consultant at The Priory, Roehampton.
She is experienced in treating a wide range of mental health conditions in young people aged 6 to 18. She offers diagnostic assessments for autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and ADHD, which are her areas of special interest.
Dr Karim studied medicine at Guy's, King's and St Thomas's medical school, University of London. She undertook psychiatry training at the Royal Free and University College London Hospitals. She completed specialist training in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry at St George's Hospital, London and lectured at University College London.
She is a member of the Royal College of Psychiatrists and is listed on the Specialist Register of the General Medical Council as a Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist.
Dr Karim lives in Surrey and has 2 children of her own.
